"Hotel was set in a beautiful location. Lobby, dining room, outdoor area, and movie room were nice. Rooms super basic. Hard beds, flat pillows, limited amenities, no room cleaning unless you wanted to pay for it. We also were only allotted 1 towel each for our entire 3 night stay. If you wanted another towel it would cost $8 Francs. No air conditioning and it was hot! Very limited front desk hours. We were given a code to put in prior to arrival but it was incorrect and we had to hunt down phone...

"Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett, die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, Anbindung an ÖV sehr gut, sehr schöne Lage, teilweise tolle Aussicht auf Bodensee und Umgebung (insbesondere vom Restaurant und der Terasse aus) - gerne wieder -"

"Clean room, helpful staff, breakfast had yogurt, cereal, meats, cheese, breads, coffee and tea machine. They had options for dietary needs (soy musieli/oatmeal). Super close to train. When a/c not running could hear trains a bit, but not much. Convenient and good stop over location. "
