Check-in was not good… my sons arrived at the hotel and for some reason they forgot their passport, but they had other Id documents with them and photo of their passport. The gentleman that was making the check-in was very nice with them and really help with the situation… but there was a lady there, ...

I highly recommend Hotel de Inglés de y Inglaterra - it's truly exceptional! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the location, staff, and food were all top-notch. The hotel is stylish and clean. It is very close to metro station and several minutes away from bus stops. Easy to travel from the airport and to all destinations. Like the view of the park too.
