"I chose this hotel because of the price, ratings and location. My son was having surgery and we had to be there at 630 in the morning. This hotel was only 15 minutes from the clinic which was perfect considering we live two hours away. The ratings where great, unfortunately utterly wrong. We arrived around midnight and people were hanging around outside, strong smell of weed in the air. The place seemed fairly clean but run down as if much needed repairs/maintenance was being neglected. Missing...

"The blow dryer was not working, Floors were dirty. Bottom of my socks were black. Sheets were horrible. Looked like the were either stained bad or so thin from being worn out they looked Grey. Ask the girl on morning shift for a blow dryer. No help. She was rude and not very helpful at check out. Breakfast was medicore at best. Not your normal Baymont property for sure. 1 night quick stop of the interstate is about all this is good for... I have seen worse but was expecting better."

"Küche ohne Ausstattung, nur Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, auf Nachfrage 2 Becher und ein Toaster. Nach 2 Tagen wurde uns die fehlende Ausstattung angeboten. Keine Entschädigung und wir haben bei Walmart Teller und Besteck gekauft. Kostenloses Zimmerupgrade 224, sehr großes Zimmer am Ende des Flurs. WLAN teilweise schwierig, kein Kaffee oder Tee wie bei Expedia beschrieben. Kein Fahrstuhl, nur Treppen! Gegend eher etwas unsicher. "

"Everything. After checking in around 8pm, didnt get the room i booked, 2 doubles and a king, instead we got 2 kings and a sofa sleeper. Wife had to sleep on sofa sleeper, went to ask abt it, front desk clerk told us the clerk from morning shift swapped us. We are out of town and are at the mercy of the hotel so not much we could do. After settling in, one of the girls went to shower only to find hair in it, then found hair all over one of the beds, sheets had stains, one of the toilet had poop...

"This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset.
