"First of all this place is a spa and then a hotel, as the entire Walnut Creek hangs out there. It’s packed!!! Not conducive to a good “4 start hotel.” The staff is overwhelmed in the restaurant that cannot handle the guest! I made two room reservations and my daughter’s room was a joke as they got a brick wall to look at, the toilet did not work and the tank would not fill, the shower temp was only super hot or very cold!!! The room was unacceptable and we are not coming back to this location!!"

"The owners family who also work there sit in the lobby like it’s their home, makes it very uncomfortable. The breakfast spread is bare minimum and not stocked. The hot tub is actually a small kiddy pool that was locked with a key and we had to ask for it to be opened at 5pm. There are drug addicts who live in their car in the parking lot and wonder the hall. The rooms are extremely tiny with plastic wood imitation floors that are coming up. The windows can’t be used cause there is an apartment complex behind it that have windows looking straight into the hotel. It was very very poorly maintained."

"I stayed here once in November, and because it was convenient to where I would be working, I took a chance a second time. Won't be staying here again. I gave grace for construction in November, but it is still like...half a hotel. None of the amenities are available because of the construction. There's no light blocking curtains on the windows, and constant noise - making sleep, especially in the early hours of the morning impossible. I do not like getting dressed and having nothing but a thin curtain for privacy as people walk by. Breakfast ends at 9am. I was finishing up at 9:02 when a staffer told me to take my plate and leave. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours making noise. I'm pretty sure there were some kind of bugs in my bed, as I had several bites in the night. It's just a really low-rent, run-down, gross, poorly managed hotel. I feel like nothing that I am listing here should come as any surprise - it's all very evident. So the fact that no improvement has been made in 7 months makes me think there's a lack of care - so I don't know why you're even asking for feedback. Y'ought to know what you've got going on."
