"The room was clean and staff was helpful. Hot tub was down and we were unable to get clean washcloths for our last 2 days there despite asking numerous staff. Just said “sorry, we don’t have any.” Overall a nice place with good staff and decent breakfast."

"The bed was very comfortable, and property was generally quite clean. The property is very convenient to the highway and down town Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We had mixed feelings about the staff; the evening person on the front desk was very nice and helpful, but we found the day person was a little testy when we arrived at 3pm and checkin was 4 pm"
