Lady at front desk checking people in is very unfriendly. Gave attitude when asked for a different room because room smelt of cigarette smoke. Property claims to be smoke free but the staff clearly allows smoking in the rooms. Hallways reek of cigarettes and weed. Poorly maintained, no ventilation in bathroom. Lots of homeless loitering outside. Would not stay again.

I asked for a handicapped room. I called the day before to confirm that a handicapped room was reserved for me. The handicapped room meant a tub with sturdy railing in the bathroom. The room was not handicapped walk in as I assumed. We were stuck for 5 nights as a real handicapped room was not available.
