Bel endroit mais accueil à améliorer

Arrivée compliquée. Impossible de joindre la réception. Ils nous a fallu l aide du restaurant à côté pour arriver a joindre la propriétaire. Apres plusieurs tentatives qq arrive enfin! Pres d 1h d attente. Check out tout aussi compliqué car soit disant que ma carte bancaire était refusé. Une personne est venue pour que je paye avec son appareil portatif et idem malgré plusieurs tentatives pas de réseau. La CB etait OK. Nous avons donc fini par payer en espèces et la facture devait nous etre adressée le jour même. Tjs en attente. Nous espèrons ne pas etre débité plus tard une seconde fois. Bref beaucoup de contrariétés. Le service réception est a améliorer.

Accoglienza, cortesia, qualità, notevole cura dei dettagli e competitività dei prezzi mi hanno soddisfatta appieno. Colazione di qualità. Qualche rumore di troppo dovuto forse alla mancata insonorizzazione dell'intelaiatura delle finestre da parte degli operai nella messa in opera (nonostante gli infissi siano di primissima qualità) e della porta, nonché impossibilità di totale isolamento luminoso, non fanno venir meno la convinzione, dopo aver conosciuto la proprietaria, di aver scelto la migliore struttura del circondario, convinta che verranno operate anche queste migliorie.

Ottima, pratica sistemazione.

La struttura è al centro del paese e dispone di un parcheggio comodo. È ben organizzato a distanza.si entra e si esce con badge e non sembra esserci personale in sede. La zona è comunque tranquilla e telefonicamente c'è sempre qualcuno a disposizione. Le camere sono pulite, l’ambiente di buon gusto e il sevizio essenziale.
