"Room: large and cleanliness is top notch. With a fairly large wardrobe containing a safe (password lock), different sizes of yukatas (bathrobes) and slippers (learner - for hotel indoor use; plastic flip-flops - for both indoor and outdoor use). Centralised air conditioning sometimes can be too hot, so you can ask for a circulator fan at the front desk.
Staff: same as other places - sometimes can be more friendly when you speak Japanese; nothing more to ask for, really.
Parking: despite the hotel owning a lot of parking spaces, during peak seasons it still can be very crowded but no worries, staff will guide you to the nearest public parking space which then can be used for free when presenting the parking coupon the staff gave you during check in.
