We made a last minute to stay an extra night in Osaka and booked this location the day before our stay. It was more then enough for what we were looking for. Very close to a subway connection and walking distance to Dotonbori area which was the area we had planned to explore on on extra day.
For a family of four the room was very spacious and comfortable.
The only downside was the bathroom was possibly the smallest out of four different locations we stayed at. Still very manageable and it was new/clean but if we had been staying for multiple nights navigating the bathroom space would have been annoying.
Would recommend to others to stay at.
