Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Felt nice to escape the bustle of Tokyo when coming back to the room. The room is very large for Tokyo. Washer and dryer in the room. Also a fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was very nice. The staff was excellent! They were super friendly and held our luggage for us no problem. The pillows were a little bizarre but it was a minor issue. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. During our trip, a typhoon passed through the area, and the hotel kindly provided umbrellas for guests.
