One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. "Location was really good. Only about a 7 min walk to subway station. Hotel was amazing. I booked the club floor room, so could have spent zero yen on food for the whole trip if I really wanted to. The bar was absolutely perfect. Cocktails were amazing. "
"The hotel is more than nice for the price, you get more, I think is more designed for local nationals that arrive in their cars, you can rent but if you dont split the car rental fare between several people then it would be the same to stay at a ski in ski out, the hotel have shuttles to the mountain, but you have to know their location and pick up spots.

I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time!
