닝보지역에서 조금 떨이진 베이룬지역에 있습니다, 신도시라 주변이 깨끗하지만 아무것도 없습니다. 교통이조금 불편한걸 제외하곤 전체적으로 깔끔합니다. 조식은 무료로 주더군요.
