"We stayed in the 2-brm residence, which was huge. The property and room were clean, however a bit older. Would be great if they can provide 2 pillows (soft and hard) for each as the one provided is a bit hard, also to have combo washer dryer rather than just washer (main reason why I booked an serviced apt rather than hotel). Staying in the residence also allowed us access to the executive lounge with had drinks and snacks and nice area to relax. The breakfast was excellent with huge choices including Thai, Western, Japanese, and Korean, egg station, crepe station. Swimming pool was also big and clean, with separate jacuzzi and whirpool, very relaxing. Location is great, not in the old city but in the Nimman busy tourist area with 2 malls and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Would recommend."
"Very nice hotel with very big rooms, excellent air conditioning. Location is near to the night bazaar with lots of restaurants around.
Breakfast is ok, although not a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables."
"Clean room but firm bed. Too many large lights over the desk area made it less practical. Excellent staff. Basic rooms with walking showers are great but upgrade rooms with a shower over the bath are actually a downgrade in my opinion. Breakfast is very basic and staff did not have a shared understanding of what was on offer, however the staff were very attentive and always smiling which was nice."
"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tamarind Village for so many reasons: a beautiful lush setting, wonderful friendly staff, and delicious authentic meals. Our room was clean, quiet, and close to the hotel’s amenities, their restaurant, pool, spa, and shop. It was also located perfectly inside the OLD City making walking easily accessible to much the city has to offer. Having stayed in Bangkok for the first part of our vacation, we didn’t feel we really experienced the richness of Thailand’s culture. However, Tamarind Village provided us with many niceties, such as providing tea upon arrival, robe and slippers, a city walk, and cultural pool side offerings. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and appreciate those who traveled there before us for their glowing recommendations."
"Great property but it was presently under construction while i was there so there was a lot going on and things not working, however, the staff was lovely and you can see that the property is being improved with gorgeous design and thoughtful planning. In a year or less probably perfect."
