It was the bell desk.I stood in line for probably close to an hour because they had one person working an elderly man.All by himself no help.

Overall, my stay at Harrah’s was pretty good. The staff were nice and the property had a good atmosphere. The room was decent and comfortable for the most part. However, the shower had no door, so water got everywhere. The soap situation could have been better, and I wish the room had a microwave and mini fridge. Still, it was a decent stay overall!
