The night front desk staff was very nice, but I booked a 2 queen beds, and I got a box room with 2 small beds and they didn’t not change it because they were all occupied because it was a 1st come 1st sirve type of situation. It just didn’t make any sense and they did want to cancel of refund me. The toilets were clogged and there was no maintenance so the front desk told us we would have to plunge our own bathroom toilet.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing I was disappointed about was the breakfast. The selection was mini muffins, waffles and cereal. The only fruit was 4 oranges.

We checked into this hotel....and the front desk person (Shiv) told us that we are currently over booked for king size beds. He told us they only have queen size beds. We decided to take it. Then going to our room there was 2 queen beds. At this point we are upset and go downstairs and tell him we need 1 bed as per our reservation...he then told us "what did you expect ". SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I told him that comment was unnecessary as we do not work in a hotel. Better instructions would be appreciated. Not a friendly welcome at all. Overall, the room was pretty decent and close to both Mohegan and foxwoods.

Great stay - especially for the price. Motel staff was very helpful during check in. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and good size. Breakfast was basic but included. AC unit was extremely loud on the 2nd night (much colder outside so it ran more frequently).

First hotel.com showed wrong picture so what I thought was king room with couch was just king room. Bathroom weird with shower that looked like came out of a submarine. The free breakfast was just sad. English muffin or blueberry muffin. Waffle or cereal. Just sad

This place is clean and quiet but for a hotel that basis it's reputation for cozy nights sleep this place has terrible uncomfortable beds.

It was alright for a one-night stay. The property had “no smoking” signs everywhere, but when we walked into our room it smelled of cigarettes. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Very comfortable beds! The breakfast waffles and muffins taste very artificial and have a gummy texture. It would be good to add milk or real cream to the cooler, so the artificial coffee creamer can be avoided. Thanks for the yogurt. Add more tea flavors. The walls allow sounds from room to room, which is distracting. The location is good and the room was decorated well, although not large. It had an iron, ironing board, toiletries and small refrigerator and coffee/ tea maker.

Shower had hair on the wall wasn’t cleaned. Strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana in the hallway when I was told it’s a non smoking hotel.

Clean Rooms , Comfy Beds and Friendly Staff. I came here with my Family for the Pool and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s right off the Highway which I found very convenient too.
