It is confusing to visitors when people who live locally refer to the town as St Helens and people visiting think the town is newton le willows. Cant they all agree where they are?

Lovely staff. Comfy beds and spacious room. Good variety at breakfast and good coffee. We observed staff act professionally when dealing with challenging custmers.
