5/5 - Excellent
It is confusing to visitors when people who live locally refer to the town as St Helens and people visiting think the town is newton le willows. Cant they all agree where they are?

Room clean. Nice staff. Breakfast was great. Hotel rooms probably could do with a makeover but are absolutely fine. Only negative is that the swimming pool shut earlier than it said.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower and bathroom facilities were exceptional. The only minor negative was that I could hear the building's air-con/heating system all night which was very loud. I did not mention it as I was only staying for one night

Last minute booking. Our room was fantastic! Staff was incredible! Manager went above and beyond. Anna at the front desk was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would return to it in a heartbeat

Hotel was soo clean. Freindly helpful staff. My apartment 2 bedroom delux was good with fantastic views, my only bug bear was the uncomfortable sofas and the lack of tv channels. However that aside enjoyed my stay and location.
