We had a great time for our first stay in a bed and breakfast. The staff is amazing and they make the entire check-in process so easy. this location is within walking distance to all of the shopping and restaurants in Newport. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and you cannot beat the view off the top deck. thank you, we will be back.!

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The inn itself is beautifully historic, offering the perfect mix of charm and modern comfort. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with a nod to Newport’s rich history. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we woke up refreshed every morning, ready to explore this stunning coastal town. We particularly loved the cozy, peaceful ambiance that made it feel like a true getaway. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the waterfront, the famous Cliff Walk, and some fantastic dining spots. Whether you’re exploring the historic mansions or just relaxing by the water, this inn places you right in the heart of everything Newport has to offer. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for things to do, from sightseeing to hidden gems off the beaten path. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
