"Brandy at the front desk was very helpful throughout the whole reservation and check-in process. The check-in date on my non-refundable booking with Expedia was incorrect but I didn't know until after I reserved. Brandy and Expedia worked together to adjust the date at no extra charge to me. As for the property, it is under new management so there is remodeling going on. It did not affect my stay but I noted that the lobby was bright and updated with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. My room had an equally amazing view with crystal clean windows! The room was small but completely adequate for my needs. My only complaint is that it took a Looong time for the shower to get hot. "

"There was not even basic amenities like shampoo , body wash and conditioner in the room . The last at the counter after letting her know that this was situation during check out she was like oh okay I will update the staff . I don’t understand people don’t care even if there is a mistake on their end , a small sorry would have been nice but over all the hotel looks good but the amenities inside the room were not at all good ."
