"The room was so comfy the check in process so easy. Esme was very friendly and so were the other workers. The bathrooms and kitchen werw cleaned very often and we quite enjoyed this level of attention. The only slight points that we will take off is that the ceiling fan was a tad dusty. Price gr8 location even better. Thanks to all at pod bed 😃"

"Responses through hotels.com was slow. Once contact made given different information about checking in. Apartment was lacking curtains, found cockroach & other bugs crawling in draws, cupboards, floors. Requires 24/7 bug protection. Online checking was easy & efficient. Room access was great on first level. View hindered by trees. Apartments all about the location. Would make a goog anchor location to anywhere in Southern & Central NSW. Bring insect repellent. "

"The appliances in the kitchen didnt work, neither the coffee machine or kettle. The floor in the main bedroom was filthy and there was rubbish under the bed, the sink in the main bathroom also was very slow draining and the shower head did not stay in place when there was any kind of water pressure. "
