"The thermostat was malfunctioning — and we had to call the front desk in the early morning hours. After turning the breaker on and off multiple times — and the front desk worker coming in to observe the unit, she told us we couldn’t be moved after requesting to relocate. We had to call back multiple times downstairs until she finally was able to move us to the 5th floor. This was all in the late night/early morning hours and very inconvenient.
