Filled all the needs for my recent stay, understand about the renovations and no lounge or restaurant. But didn't interfere with my personal needs..look forward to returning . The staff were helpful and pleasant. Clean room, air cond. Great,bed was fantastic. I'm a traveling musician, and Karmically had to stay here, that's why I picked it plus I was born in Nola, and lived there 16 years ago , so it was a good return for me.

The climate in the room was adjustable and pleasant. I like that they had a refrigerator in the room. However, they could not provide us with wash cloths for our 2nd day there. Also, there is a paid parking lot right across the street. Paid street parking available as well. Free street parking after 7pm Saturday until 7am Monday.

I spent two nights and it was very pleasant. The staff is polite, the location is great. Very easy to park on the street and if not, there are many options of public parking at walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.
