Check-in time is at 4 PM, but I really liked that the property has storage lockers for early arrivals. The rooms were super spacious and clean, which I appreciated. Plus, the hotel itself is beautiful—those are definitely the highlights. On the downside, there was only one person managing the bar and check-ins for hours. His name is Hollis, and he did an amazing job under pressure. I stayed for two nights, and both times I couldn’t get into the hotel after 11 PM. On the second night, I got back around 5 AM and had to wait outside for 15 minutes, knocking and ringing the bell, and no one answered the front desk. That was really frustrating. Also, there are ice machines on every other floor, but the first one I tried was broken, so I had to go up three more floors to get ice. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t great either; the bagels were really hard.

We had issues at check-in with the a/c not working. The front desk was quick in getting us an updated room. George was very helpful in helping us move all our things from the old room to the new one and ensured the ac worked properly. I appreciate the quick fix. The ladies at the bar were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice.
