The hotel is well located, clean, with modern amenities. It has a seamless check in process but the host is responsive. Given the fact that it caters to groups and families, I would recommend considering a sofa bed in suite 9 for better accommodation of guests. Also, amenities as bathrobes would be fantastic.

Great location downtown in the Warehouse Art District. Our 3 kids loved that they each had their own bedroom. They enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool. Everything looked luxurious and clean. It felt like home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Perle during our trip to New Orleans! The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel was charming and welcoming. the staff was incredibly helpful. One of the best perks was that after we checked out, they held our luggage for the entire day since our flight wasn’t until the evening. It made a huge difference and let us enjoy our last day in the city without stress. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in New Orleans!.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Perle

We stayed at Hotel Perle for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience! We had some issues with check-in at first, but after calling the number posted on the window, the staff promptly answered and sent us the necessary information. We rented four bedrooms with an open kitchen and had everything we needed during our stay. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The pool was heated, and my kiddos loved it! We would definitely book this hotel again if we visit New Orleans in the future. Thanks for everything!

Great boutique hotel

Newly opened and remodeled property. They are still working on finishing a few things up, but nothing that disrupted the stay. Great communication and very friendly. We had an issue with too much light coming in one window at night and was immediately taken care of the next day. The heated pool was nice! Also being able to park for free in a secure garage owned by the hotel was a huge perk. The nespresso coffee machine and washer and dryer were great amenities as well! If we are ever in New Orleans again we would use this property!

The hotel is beautiful and nearby all the cool stuff but you still get to enjoy the quiet. Parking for free was a plus but our GMC Diesel truck was maybe an inch away from being too tall to fit in it. I love that the parking garage was enclosed though! Our rooms were great and the beds were comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and had great working AC and a great pool to relax in. This was a 5 star stay, but when 3 of our party of 4 went to take a walk, a housekeeper walked in to the room maybe 3 minutes after them leaving, made eye contact with me, and quickly shut the door. They definitely need to knock and it felt really weird how quickly she got to the room after they left. I went to tell someone at the lobby downstairs but there was no one there and we left about 30 minutes before check out.

The room was amazing and gorgeous. It had 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, a set of bunks, and a large couch. It has a kitchen area with dishes. We were traveling with 14 ppl. The hotel did provide air mattresses also to accommodate everyone. The parking is in a secured garage which was very nice. We didnt experience any issues. Check-in and check-out instructions were provided as promised. The room was clean. The beds were a little hard but still nice. We used public transportation or walked the entire time which was great due to limited parking. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perle!

Amazing place!

The hotel is amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful any time we reached out to them. We had 6 people staying in a 4 bedroom suite and we were all comfortable. The pool and outside recreation area was beautiful and well maintained. Our only issue was with the parking. The garage is very tight for anything but a compact car. There are two handicapped spots, but really only one that is easily used if you have a wheelchair. That spot was taken by someone with no handicapped tag or mirror hanger. The hotel said they reached out to them and they were handicapped but didn’t have their tag with them. We had a wheelchair user with us and it was very difficult for us to load, unload and fit our vehicle into the spot that wasn’t really wheelchair friendly. We would definitely stay here again as this issue didn’t at all ruin our trip, just an inconvenience.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it exceeded all expectations. The space is beautifully designed, with a well-thought-out layout and harmonious color scheme that creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. My compliments to the designer – every detail contributes to the overall aesthetic and functionality. The internet speed is excellent, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and consistently felt safe. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to numerous fantastic restaurants. Each one we tried was outstanding. During our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting Mike, one of the owners, who was incredibly kind and readily available. Chloe, the manager, was equally impressive – professional, attentive, and always helpful. The property is equipped with every appliance you might need, including a microwave, hair dryer, espresso machine, washer, dryer – everything is in pristine, like-new condition. The level of cleanliness and quality is truly top-notch. The convenience of indoor parking was greatly appreciated, though I rarely used my vehicle since the trolley stops directly in front of the building. Taking the trolley downtown is significantly more cost-effective than parking, adding to the overall ease of getting around. Overall, this has been one of the most enjoyable stays I have experienced. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this property to others. It was flawless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perle Not sure why it’s called a hotel though. Felt more like a condo. Our place was gorgeous, unique, clean, and lacked nothing. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and so pretty and they provided a Nespresso machine! We stayed here with my 4 adult children and one grandson. We came in to town for a celebration of life and the Hotel Perle made our stay so comfortable. Plus they provide free parking. We checked out the prices of parking garages in the area and they were $60 a day! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wanting to stay in New Orleans but be a little off the beaten path and in a clean and safe place. We walked to the WW11 museum several days and to a few coffee shops! Easy and safe to get around! Thank you Hotel Perle. It’s just what we needed!

Amazing place! Modern, beautiful and clean. Great neighbourhood. Walking distance to Canal street. The parking was in a closed garage but a bit narrow for big SUV:s, low roof in garage. Would absolutely stay again!
