Great price for such a central locations. Easy walk to quarter and canal st. streetcars. Spacious, modern furniture, great natural light. Nice firm matress in bedroom. Would totally stay here again.

Very nice location - close to business district, french quarter and superdome. The building is old and the condos hastily flipped - the stick on flooring is coming up in multiple places and the road noise through closed windows is quite loud, even on the 6th floor.

When in NOLA, I would stay there again.

Wonderful location to explore the nearby French Quarter! A strolly station is directly on the side of the building and it is only one block to Canal Street with even more trollies. It's an older building, but it has all you need: game room, elevators, secured entrance. The apartment has been well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, huge fridge - a full kitchen. Internet connection was stable.

The property was fairly clean. The building seemed safe. We chose this rental because it had a kitchen and thought we could save on food costs. The kitchen was horribly appointed. There were 4 plates, bowls, saucers, and a handful of glasses. Most of the cabinets were empty. There was a coffee maker, blender, cutting board, and colander. There was a set of pots/pans. That was it. No mixing bowls, measuring cups, cookie sheets or oven bakeware. No containers to store stuff. The place seemed very basic and furnished with cheap stuff. The mirror in the bedroom was a 9.99 Walmart mirror leaning in the corner. The shower was open, so water went everywhere during a shower. With very little effort, the owners could make this a great place vs. average. Hosteva did call and offer to bring over extra stuff if we needed it.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the condos. They were very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice. Having a washer and dryer was a nice touch. The French Quarter was a short walk away. The internet worked well. I would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. There was an incident with my door code but that was resolved. Other than that I found property staff to be very responsive and accommodating. I would certainly recommend anyone stay here if possible and I would rebook anytime I'm in NOLA.

Great NOLA Condo

I was completely satisfied with the condo in general. My only concerns were the shower head was coming apart, the ironing board was taking up half of the bedroom closet because it couldn't be folded, and a screw came out of one of the dining area chairs. Otherwise everything was perfect.

First of all great location. Secondly, a few kinks in the stay like broken dryer door, & not enough blankets, weird shower setup. But that’s kind of minor. Other than that quiet place yet in the middle of everything.

More than expected. Felt like we had our own little one bedroom apartment in New Orleans! Saved money on food because of the full kitchen. And saved on luggage charges at airport because we washed our clothes and wore them again. Walk to Canal Street, catch the trolley with an all day pass & go anywhere! We will be back, better than any hotel room we have ever had & we have been down there 4 or 5 times. Loved it!!!
