I have stayed at Reflections before but this faculty was below standard. .We arrived late, and received a note of welcome , keys and a map , 1st night I wasn't told the ensuite was at the back of the room, so we didn't know. We went to the kiosk to report the front sliding screen door wouldn't shut. ...
