"We really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. Our room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. The decor is quite tasteful with interesting art on the walls. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The breakfast buffet offered good variety with excellent service. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation whenever we visit Moncton in the future and we highly recommend it!"

"Overnight stay to celebrate an anniversary. We wanted a more luxurious atmosphere so we opted for the Casino Hotel. What a mistake. The hotel is in need of renovation and showing its age. Wall paper is peeling, furniture is scratched and chipped and the rooms are dark and gloomy with small windows. The parking lot is a mine field of pot holes that’s crumbling. Very disappointed with how far this property has been left to deteriorate. Casino seems busy with everyone's mémère and pépère spinning the wheels. The money doesn’t seem to be going back into the hotel. Hopefully they have renovations planned for the near future. Lots of highway noise. No EV charging onsite."

"Having the hit tub was nice. The pool and hot tub area could use freshening up."

"Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."

"Check in very slow. Given same room as someone else. Room changed but key not reprogrammed meaning 3 trips to reception. Parking easy. Good breakfast although service a bit slow. "
