The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, always responding promptly to guests' needs and consistently going the extra mile. From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and genuine care made me teel truly welcomed and well looked after. Professional service with a personal touch that made my Chengdu stay even more enjoyable.
