I appreciate this place so much. I come to Wimberley three times a year for a volunteer activity and I've stayed here every time in the last year. It is the only truly affordable place to stay in Wimberley. Jimmy always greets me at the door and carries my bags upstairs for me. The room is always clean and comfortable.

Would definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our stay. Our kind host contacted us to let us know that our room was ready earlier than the posted check in time in case we wanted to arrive early, and we did. He met us and showed us around. We slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed the extra touches like fresh flowers and cozy throws.

Great quaint B&B

I loved the location, thought the room was too cute. Host was very nice. Slept really good so mattress was good. The only real problem I had is a am overly picky when it comes to bathrooms. The cleanliness was kind of meh. Other than that was pretty satisfactory

Cute city, great location

Jim is a super nice host - bed comfy, great location. Just make sure you’re clear that you’re booking a room in someone’s condo (we had the upstairs that has an en-suite bathroom). I was a bit surprised but it all worked out well. We did not use the kitchen or living room.

We spent one night with Jim because we were in town for a wedding. We enjoyed staying in the hills outside of the city. It was quiet and beautiful. Jim was very welcoming, accommodating and kind. He even lent my husband one of his personal ties because he forgot his own tie to go with his suit. We both slept comfortably and soundly. Book your stay with Jim!

The room is downstairs in a condo with not enough separation from host's space on second floor. The host was considerate about giving us privacy, but the physical arrangement was a little uncomfortable. The living room was very comfortable.

Great Hill Country Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this quiet tucked away little hideaway in Wimberley. It was perfect for the 2 of us! A neat private room with private bathroom (shower) with terrific accessories added by host Jim. Good communication. Super clean. Very very cool A/C incl ceiling fan and desk fan. Great TV service. Perfect parking. Easy locking system. Only teeny complaint, no extra roll TP lol! We hope to return! Thank you.

Awesome Night at Cypress Fairway Village

I finally made it to my room a bit late. I had some quick issues with the temp and television settings. I sent a text to Jim (the owner), and he helped me get comfortable for the night. I loved the personal touch you do not see as good as in large hotel chains. Personalized touch with better shampoo, had wet wipes to use, little things like Listerine to use. I met Jim in the morning and thanked him for all the great hospitality. Very nice and genuine man.
