In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "The hotel lacked the polished service and five-star finesse one would reasonably expect, particularly within the restaurant and lounge areas. Table service was notably absent, requiring guests to collect their own drinks from the bar. During dinner, only part of our order was processed by the waiter, leaving some of the party waiting for meals that had not been entered. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "
