"No hit water.. no heating .. very dated room and bathroom.. we were given another room that had heating and hot water, but still very dated. Bar was ok and prices were about right for a hotel. Breakfast , served buffet, prefer to help myself and not be given what the server thinks , like at school, eggs looked soft fried, but were hard. I suppose it was fair for the price we oaid"

"The reception staff were so welcoming, especially Jen who welcomed us like old friends. So chatty and lovely and a such a great start to our trip. Hotel and room was clean and looked great and just what we needed. Rooms were nice and warm during this cold weather however the hallways were a bit chilly! Would absolutely recommend and will return. "

"The room was lovely and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful, even when we checked out the receptionist asked if there was anything else we would like help with. I thought this was a very thoughtful and nice thing to ask. The bar area was airy and well laid out and the drinks were reasonably priced."
