"We loved having deck overlooking the river. The sound was great for sleeping. Full size coffee pot and toaster was great. We also enjoyed the bar with live music in the evening. Hot tub and infinity pool very nice. Our unit had stairs to climb to get into. This is not unusual for the area. However if stairs are an issue, suggest you check with hotel and get advice about which units are best."

"parking staff were most helpful, the two interactions i had with the check in staff were also great. the stairs leading to second or i guess main floor of the hotel definitely need replaced- the tiles were falling apart. the bathrooms in the main hotel building on the lower floor were pretty dirty & a lot of the glass or plexiglass for the displays on history or decoration were looking rough making some of the history articles/ notes hard to read and harder to see so the visual impact felt like it was lacking due to that. the aspire building was well maintained and clean (other than a few random gnats) hoping next time i make the drive up to estes park construction will be near done & that kore areas in the main original stanley hotel will be open to public- having 3/4 of the rooms made for a slightly disappointing experience considering how much it costs to stay there. regardless, i took my mom here after talking about it for the last 10 years & we still had such a great time!"
