"Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. "Had a nice stay at the Cali Resort & Spa hotel. Very quiet, very clean with friendly staff. Only let downs was the half board upgrade (I was told I could exchange dinner with lunch, but on my last day I was told I couldn’t do this and had to pay for lunch separately). Also unfortunate they don’t enforce a time limit it on the poolside sunbeds to enable more people to use them during their stay."
