Dear Kaiya, I totally understand that you are upset, I saw this coming but we we will stand by our decision to not refund you the damage deposit. You booked a room for yourself and decided to party with more than a hand full of people till past 4am but claiming upon check out you were not even there all night... By signing the registration card your are taking responsibility for the room and being asked to respect our property rules which includes our quiet hours and if you or anyone else in your party are the cause of the disturbance you will be charged the cost of compensation. 200.00 actually did not cover the total cost. I was called out to your room twice, had to move guests early in the morning to catch up on some sleep because you wouldn't show any respect to our quite hours which are starting at 11pm, we needed to compensate guests for the restless night and deep clean the room. We are a small family motel/hotel and not a night club.

Dear Marcko, We have tried reaching out to you the day of arrival but your phone number provided was not in service. It is pretty common that you need a valid credit card to stay at a hotel these days. Being not able to reach you we have marked your booking as a no show and no charges applied.
