"For a handicapped person the room was excellent -I have been traveling across the country as I recover from a broken ankle following ORIF surgery --Not all handicapped rooms are as good as this one! Roll in shower was the best one so far. At a fancy hotel now in Vail Colorado and encountered problems......... ALSO staff were wonderful ! This was the first hotel were they gave a treat bag for our dog -- including a tennis ball --MUCH appreciated by our golden retriever. We have traveled...

"AC could not be adjusted. toilet paper holder was broken. toilet paper was left on the floor for guests. hot water took almost 15 minutes to get luke warm."

"The cabin was fine, but the pictures make it look like it is sitting in nature, when in fact it is sitting in the city behind the hotel where you check in, facing a storage container and a dumpster. I just felt a little mislead about a cabin that was basically situated in a parking lot. The cabin was clean, check in/out at the hotel was easy. Bed quality and shower quality was expected for price. A few outlets did not work."

"Good stay some of the corners of the bathroom we're not clean but otherwise comfortable stay and great breakfast. Staff was friendly and parking for our trailer was easy to find."

"We stayed here for one night on a cross-country trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. the property was maintained fine and easy to access from the interstate, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay; it was basically just a cereal option, toast, and other bread/starch options. Our room was supposed to have a coffee maker but didn't. When we asked about it we were told we could just use the coffee and water in the lobby, which is fine but it's disappointing that...
