"Nilea Island Living resort is a beand new property ipening in july 2025 so we were sone iftfe furst guests to experience the fabulous hospitality of Spiris, the General Manager. "I did not like that the TV was not working. I had no TV the whole time I was there. I also asked that the property be on the ocean or view of ocean. They advertise that they do and they are one block away from the water."

"This is a decent hotel. Great location with in walking distance to the port, downtown and plenty of good eating places. The front desk was very helpful, calling a taxi (good price), helping with bus schedules to Chalki, Apeiranthos. The facility is not directly on beach but only a few minutes walking passing a big hotel. Breakfast was quite good."
