"Beautiful family run hotel with excellent attention to detail. Beautiful fresh roses everywhere. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was excellent. Maria Angela could not have done more for us. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. "

" We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to come back! It is walking distance tona huge market, stores, vendors and restaurants. The coffee was wonderful, as was the breakfast. The staff was extremely courtious as well. One unique feature is that it is the only hotel in the world made entirely out of pumice (volcanic rock)"

"Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times."

"I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. "
