"The service I received when I arrived earlier then anticipated (around 10am) and taht they accommodated me with my room as an early check-in. That was very convenient."
"The hotel was incredibly clean, room was spacious, staff was very helpful. When we checked in, my daughter received a really cute surprise gift. Restaurant has good food. And the shuttle bus was very helpful to get to the airport. Overall, great to stay right before we had to catch a flight home. "

"It was difficult to find the pick up point for the shuttle bus, the airport needs more so she and the hotel should provide more / better instructions with booking confirmation. Once at the hotel everything is great. Note shuttles run every 30 min except there is no 9am or noon shuttles. So plan accordingly for your arrival time"
"Beautiful Hotel all area's are of a very high standerd throughout. My only tiny complaint is as my Son is in a wheelchair user there are only steps into the hotel no ramp this i feel should be looked at however Hotel 7 sister Hotel is just across the road and they have a ramp etc .
Food is divine and all staff are excellent "
