We always bring a black light with us to check the bed for fluids and bed bugs. We needed a new fitted sheet, but there were none available. So, we slept on the mattress pad instead. The shower and rest of the bathroom were gross. Breakfast was good

Pros: Courteous Staff Extremely comfortable bed & pillows Cons: Property needs some attention Elevator needs some touching up and cleaning Workers sitting out front smoking and drinking beer - gave the hotel a low end look I stay at IHG hotels often. A/C was not reliable and noisy in temp control. Kept it between 73 and it was freezing or on 75 where it was stuffy and hot… it was weird. Staff was crazy busy with large groups but soooo nice and everything was really clean. The food issue is the gray steamed sausage patties and mostly gray sausage links… needs much more browning…

All of the staff were amazing. It’s hard to find staff with great personalities. They were courteous, hard lots of knowledge of their job and always asked was there something that they could do to assist you. Ms. Mary kept everything running smoothly during breakfast time. Ms. Sally was very pleasant during my checkout. I told Ms. Sally that I have stayed in high end places and I have never been treated so well. The overall quality was amazing. Everything was clean and organized. I’m a business owner and we have to let our employees know that they are loved and how well they do their job. No one had attitudes. All the staff greats everyone with a friendly smile and warm welcome. I will always stay at this property when I’m in Natchitoches, LA. Words really can’t express how I was so amazed at everything. I will refer all my family and friends to stay at this property. Ladies, continue to keep up the amazing job that you are doing. Owners, please give them their flowers for doing an amazing job. Again thanks for being so kind to us.
