Péssima. Não indico para ninguém.

Atendimento horrível, nenhuma preocupação com o hóspede. Foi feito o check-in as 17:00h e checkout as 19:30h do mesmo dia. Eles se quer perguntaram o motivo de sair do Hotel. Condições precárias, fedor de mofo por todo o ambiente, lençóis encardidos e fedendo a mofo, ambiente totalmente diferente do que postado nas fotos. O quarto que eu reservei sendo o mais caro e de luxo, não foi o oferecido. Não tive coragem de ficar por conta de tão insalubre que era o lugar.

Com certeza voltaremos

Excelente localização. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Só que precisa de alguns reparos, corredores e nos quartos, mais luzes, principalmente no banheiro. Café da manhã ótimo. Garagem de carros rotativa muito boa.

Inaceitável o desleixo do anfitrião!

Não é exatamente um hotel. É um pool de unidades com diferentes proprietários. Me deram a unidade 423. A roupa de cama era gasta, manchada e mal lavada e os travesseiros nojentos e as toalhas também mal cheirosas. Desistimos de ficar e fomos para outro hotel, mesmo perdendo o valor pago. O local não precisa ser luxuoso. Atenção à qualidade do enxoval de cama e banho e zelo do anfitrião seria o mínimo esperado.

Localização ótima e café ótimo.

A vista do local é linda, a localização é perfeita, e o café da manhã também é muito gosto. Apesar do "hotel" ser grande e possuir um estacionamento grande. Os quartos não tem acústica nenhuma. Meu quarto ficava abaixo do corredor que dava para a saída principal do hotel, então a partir de 5h da manhã já dava para ouvir pessoas transitando com mala ou o carrinho do cafe da manhã. Além disso, apesar do banheiro como um todo ter um espaço razoável, quando vamos para a parte do box, é bem precário, a ducha estava visivelmente entupida, e dentro do box male-má me cabia, fico imaginando que pessoas com um pouco mais de sobrepeso devem sofrer horrores para tomar banho lá. Fiquei somente dois dias inteiros, então acabou não impactando no conforto da viagem. Mas se eu fosse ficar mais dias, com certeza, teria me arrependido de reservar o local.

Como o apartamento é mais antigo, o espaço do quarto é maior, o que é ótimo. Mas falta atualizar. Vista mar e piscina excelentes. O mar não é propício para crianças, após ampliar a faixa de área, mas há praias próximas.

Check-in foi atrasado em 40 minutos por problemas no quarto, nao quiseram disponibilizar outro quarto no horário certo do Check-in, pedi sabonete de banho varias vezes, acabei desistindo pq o interfone estava com barulho. Banheiro com acessórios soltos, caindo.

O hotel está localizado a beira do mar da praia de Ponta Negra. Os quartos são limpos todos os dias, somente senti falta de um suporte para shampo e sabonete no box do chuveiro. Também achei o box do chuveiro pequeno. A acústica não é boa, mas nada que atrapalhou meu sono. Senti falta de um suporte ou varal para estender a roupa de praia.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava sem as pas direcionadoras, entao ia direto na cabeca das pessoas na cama. Ninguem merece dormir com ar gelado na cara. E dormir sem ar no calor tamvem nao dá. Um absurdo pra uma diaria de 700.

Uteområdet ved hotellet er veldig bra. Rent og pent, trivelig bar- og bassengområde. Men det står ikke i stil til veldig nedslitte rom. Dessuten så er det ingen av betjeningen som snakker engelsk. Trodde de kunne litt i resepsjonen, men nei! Frokosten var helt ok, mye søtsaker, men også andre ting å velge i. Ellers, kort vei til stranda, som er rett over gata.

Cheguei de madrugada, porta fechada e tudo escuro

Cheguei de madrugada e recepção estava fechada e totalmente apagada. Bati na pprta, tentei abrir e nada. Precisei telefonar para o hotel para ser atendido. Chegar cansado, às 3hs da manhã depois de uma viagem desconfortável de avião e encontrar tudo às escuras não é um bom cartão de visitas
