Estadia no hotel Confort.

Hotel excelete! A limpeza do quarto era feita todos os dias, mesmo sem pedir. A ducha do banheiro excelente, cama confortável, quarto amplo, bom café da manhã. Apenas a qualidade da internet e os travesseiros que poderiam melhorar, mas isso não afeta em nada a excelência do hotel.

Ao chegar no apartamento as luzes não acendiam...fui telefonar p a recepção, o telefone tb não funcionava. E ainda tinha uma barata na cortina. Pedi p trocar de quarto, nos colocaram num quarto com 2 camas, sendo que a reserva foi com cama de casal. A descarga, se não apertasse com força, ficava vazando. Café da manhã fraco, pouca variedade. Sanduicheira imunda.

Minha estadia no Hotel Confort foi marcada por alguns problemas que revelam uma aparente falta de preocupação com a manutenção das instalações. Ao chegar no apartamento, percebi que algumas luminárias não funcionavam, comprometendo a iluminação noturna. Além disso, o teto apresentava sinais evidentes de infiltração, com manchas que indicam um problema recorrente e não resolvido, o que afeta tanto o conforto quanto a aparência do ambiente. O café da manhã, que é uma das refeições mais aguardadas, também deixou a desejar. As opções de sucos, bolos e outros itens eram bastante limitadas, não oferecendo a variedade esperada. Além disso, a sanduicheira estava visivelmente suja, demonstrando uma falta de cuidado com a higiene. Esse descuido é especialmente preocupante em uma área de alimentação. Para completar, os funcionários do restaurante não foram cordiais, o que torna o ambiente ainda menos acolhedor. Apesar dessas questões, acredito que o hotel possui um bom potencial. A estrutura é sólida, há estacionamento disponível, o que é um diferencial para quem viaja de carro, e a localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a diversas áreas de interesse. No entanto, é claro que o hotel precisa investir em uma manutenção adequada e constante para aproveitar melhor esses pontos positivos. Em resumo, o Hotel Confort poderia oferecer uma experiência muito mais satisfatória se demonstrasse uma preocupação real com a manutenção e aprimorasse o atendimento e a qualidade do café da manhã.

Estacionamento fácil, quartos confortáveis, ar gelado, banho e amenidades ótimos. Atendimento do recepcionista Allan K muito bom. Se puder melhorar algo seria uma boa reforma no restaurante (precisa modernizar e ser mais atratativo), comida ok, e trocar o frigobar do quarto que era muito pequeno e ao gelava (nao tinha a parte do congelador). De qualquer forma a nota é 10!

O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento da recepção também. Porém, o atendimento do restaurante deixou a desejar. Especialmente por uma senhora que me tratou com ironia. Faltou água no hotel em um dos dias que estive lá. O espaço para banho é minúsculo. As vezes a descarga não funcionava corretamente.
