The apartment was very nice and clean. I would advice to avoid "heavy" luggage, since there are stairs - a little steep. The balcony area is only suited for 4 people with no good views. It is not walking distance to broadway, but UBER is reasonable. It was quiet, easy to sleep, but no black out lighting.

We’ll stay Sonder again!

It was the perfect set-up for 6 adults and very clean! Kitchen was good for daily breakfasts. The beds were very comfortable! Location was convenient to local bars/restaurants and a short Uber ride to Broadway. We’ll definitely use Sonder again!

This place was great! It was so spacious - 4 bedrooms and baths, livingroom and kitchen. It was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. It was very close to the downtown fun, but in a quieter neighborhood.

About the same price as a nice hotel, but this one has lots of room, very pleasant furnishings, a roof top terrace, and a wonderful kitchen. Will definitely be back.

Perfect timing!

This was the perfect place at the perfect time. We had an emergency in Nashville and needed a place for family to stay for a few nights. I don’t think it could have been any better. Everything about our stay there was flawless. Check-in and Check-out had great instructions and were easy to follow. We will definitely use this place again.

The layout of this property is great for large groups of adults. It’s in a quiet location that is walkable. Unfortunately the property was dirty. We found crumbs, dead bugs, and hair all over the floors throughout. It was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed as we found a pair of socks and loose change under the beds. Two bathroom were out of shampoo and conditioner. One shade was broken. One toilet seat was broke . If it weren’t the filth and broken items, it would have been great. Some items

Modern, spacious, high ceiling and convenient

My family and I love this townhouse. It is modern, spacious, high ceiling and convenient. The en-suites are really helpful and nice for my big family. Toiletry products are nice. I wish there is handheld shower so I don't need to wash my hair everyday. The beds are comfortable. The living rooms are enjoyable. The parking on the street is easy. There are many good restaurants nearby. The cleanness need improvement. Half of the bedsheet in the first bedroom on the 2nd floor has stains. The chair in the living room has hair. There are markings on the stair walls. Overall, we enjoy our stay and will book Sonder apartments again.

This is an unbelievable place! Our family of six was so grateful for this amazing condo hotel to stay in, offering superior accommodations that allowed us a great night’s sleep after 4 nights of cramped hotel living. We liked the building, the decor and the parking space directly outside the back door. We loved that it was across the street from Vanderbilt. There was construction going on right out back. A few minor details were overlooked: the floors weren’t clean enough (dark hair on the floors from a previous guest), a dirty sheet was still on the pullout and the floor had not been cleaned underneath it, a few lightbulbs missing in lamps, shampoo missing from one bathroom, the water filter and air filters need to be changed. Overall though it was fantastic!! Thank you!
