"Extremely convenient. Amazing customer service. Stress free. This is my second time staying here and the experience was just as great as the first time. I like to stay near the airport the night before so I don’t have to stress about going to the airport the next morning. You can take the shuttle to and from the airport. From Tokyo I took the airport limousine to Terminal 2 and then got back on the airport shuttle to the hotel. I was able to save a lot of money from doing that and I didn’t even have to haul my huge luggages around. Which was so nice. There’s also a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel to Aeon mall. The room is spacious and clean. I also enjoy the my late night runs to Lawson."

"Good condition property, helpful but not very welcoming staff, good amenities, very fast internet, good sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, some varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians, but limited choice, enough just to fill up. Value for money hotel. Just that some of the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese or simple English, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients."

"Perfect hotel for first night after flying in. Walking distance from Narita station. Very good breakfast included with our room, then you can hit the Express into Tokyo the next morning with ease. Second time doing this, very happy with Welco."
