"Great hotel, it was easy to take the shuttle bus back-and-forth between the hotel and the airport. We also took an Uber into Narita town to have dinner. The hotel is very modern and pleasant perfect for a transit stop like we had."
"Very nice and clean the hotel itself is beautiful !!! The staff was extremely helpful with all my travel questions and did their best with me even though my Japanese is horrible! So beautiful there’s so much nature surrounding the property. "
"This is an older hotel, but is very conveniently located close to Narita Intl Airport and they have a free shuttle. This is an unusual amenity in Japan, but extremely useful. The other properties we stayed at on our journey did not have this available. The rooms are spacious, supplies in bathroom, coffee shop & restaurant on 1st floor as well as a small 7/11 convenience store. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Free shuttle to/from train station and town as well."
