After our flight got cancelled, we arrived the next morning, they held our room and even upgraded us to a mini suite. The staff was top notch, the room was fantastic. Had a great view, even the regular rooms are very nice. Very clean, attention to details and just wonderful people to deal with. Would recommend Planet Hollywood to anyone.

This is a stunning hotel. First time there and loved our rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were always just a text away and very helpful. So many choices on restaurants and stores that you don't even have to leave the hotel!

This is our second time staying at the property, this time we stayed in the Venetian South Tower… as always the rooms are super, it was perfect!! and really hot the week we were there but coming off of a cold New England winter it was most welcome!

Out side of the property looked very good . Kitchen staff was very good front desk guy was not . In the room my pillow bed seat and blanket has lots of stains

Surkhet is an undevelop area but the hotel is too good. Staff was so cooperative specially the receptionist . They always ready to help others. Good was always good
