The hotel staff were amazing, however we noticed we could hear the elevator sounds whenever it was used, also was extremely difficult to find places to eat nearby since alot of places wouldn't accept foreigners. The Gym was better than most I've seen at hotels in Japan however if you are a weightlifter the weights weren't heavy enough. The lounge and massage chairs were a pleasant surprise as well as the bathing facility. All and all great hotel but difficult location for food without transporting prior, there is a shuttle so that helps abit.

This new and modern hotel features rooms that are a bit larger than the typical size in Japan. The service from the front desk and housekeeping staff was outstanding. My only concern during the stay was the limited parking available at the hotel.

Place was awesome. We are traveling with 2 toddlers so they enjoyed the kids room a lot. I only had 2 issues and that was our room had a window but it couldn’t be opened so it was always stuffy and our toilet seat wasn’t heating. Other than that we met super friendly staffs and they handled my luggage delivery issues very professionally. The executive option offers an 8f which provides tea time, wine with finger foods and an open terrace which was pretty nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your hotel.

Excellent choice to stay

Excellent service, best hotel on our two week trip in Japan (Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto & Nara). Best breakfast too and buffet type dinner was superb. Nice extra was those two (free!) massage chairs. Room was nice, rather large and quiet and bathroom was clean.

Loved our stay in Novotel Nara. Probably the nicest Novotel I’ve been too. The public hot baths and relaxation space was amazing. The hotel is really new and modern, beautiful views from the rooftop terrace and executive lounge. We stayed two nights in Nara at two different properties. I wish we’d spent two nights here. It’s not walking distance to Nara park but only one train stop away.
