Staff was very friendly. Property was kept up very well and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location was great and very convenient to beach access. The views were amazing.

Rooms are outdated and dirty , specially bathrooms, there are cockroaches and ants in kitchen and sink area, we left our food in the counter for 10 minutes and there are many ants and small roaches on the food. Disappointing. Do Not Full with pictures in Expedia. The only amazing thing is private beach and pool plus the outdoor vibe.

Beautiful property in a great location on the beach. Loved the room and lanai. Just so peaceful. Watching the sunset sitting on the sidewalk wall, by the beach, was a nightly event .

Beautiful quaint property. Easy access to Napili and Kapalua Bay. Our specific unit didn't have a TV or iron. First day housekeeping wasn't great, but they got better.
