"I've been lucky enough to stay at Chatrium Riverside several times and have enjoyed the service, amazing views, and comfortable rooms each visit. This time was no different - the Chatrium is the perfect place to stay for a couple of days to decompress from traveling to Thailand. A favorite local restaurant was closed for the vegetarian festival, but the great breakfast buffet is enough to fuel a person for the day. The restaurant also serves excellent Thai food (not always the case with Bangkok hotels). Big thanks to Kay at reception for her kindness and assistance, as well as to everybody who helped us with our bags and room."

"I had an amazing stay at The Peninsula, and I loved the river shuttle that took me over to the ICON SIAM mall next door. There was a wonderful man, Khun Paul, who helped run the shuttle and he was so kind and friendly! Also, I really enjoyed the Muay Thai kickboxing class; I did not get the instructor's name, but he taught a great class. The view from my room on the 33rd floor was awesome, looking out over Bangkok and the Chao Phraya river. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in the city!"

"Nice hotel, clean spaces and friendly staff. The area next to the pool is under construction and was a bit distracting. Rooftop restaurant Seen had amazing views but the food was not at all worth the price."

"This is a difficult review to write. The staff and property were amazing with the pool area and breakfast hasd highlights. I paid for an upgrade to "suite" which was not a suite--rather a large king sized, dated room. My VIP perk were not offered. The wing where the "suite was needs to be updated. The room was dark and the amenities were old."

"What can I say except this hotel is excellent! The place was immaculately clean and the pool and quite reading room were really well maintained. The staff were so helpful and pleasant it really made our stay. The location was great as well."

"Big rooms which is rare in the capital cities, request a room away from the main road there is work going on and on the top floor. Ideally more washing machines and dryers would be better as it’s shared with a hostel and more chilling out areas. You have to walk quite a bit to the main sights, but there is good street food& coffee shops around. Underground is opposite hotel, we extended our stay by an extra night."
