Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again.

Phenomenal four days in the very new Novotel; from staff to dining to room and amenities, the entire experience was fantastic. Beautiful views of the night sky in Nairobi via Trunk and Tandoor and exceptional hotel staff made it a comfortable and wonderful stay.
