Staff were kind and the room was clean and spacious. There’s not much around within walking distance, but it’s a good area if you rent a car so you can experience a more local feel. The Nintendo rental on our last night was a great final touch to our hotel experience.

The beds are great, the bathroom is very big, if you love manga, there is a bunch of them, so many choices, good amenities. It's very nice place, I highly recommended!

Really nice sized rooms! We were visiting Nagoya and despite being a little out of the way it was perfect for the family to stay at. Big beds and free drinks and ice lollies. The kids loved this hotel! Convenient stores nearby and a great mall a few minutes drive away. Perfect!

The facility was nice and comfortable. Quiet area. The only complaint was upon check in the bathroom had a soda cup in it and was not properly cleaned from the previous guest(s). Other than that was a comfortable stay.

普通に泊まるには最高です！ 途中退出OKで、ドリンクバー、アイス、ほろ酔い、漫画が無料で使えます。お部屋も狭くなくて、スタッフさんも親しみやすくてとても良かったです(*^^*) 潔癖の方だと若干汚いかな？と思うところもあるかもですが、私は全然気になりませんでした。アメニティは外置きです。必要なのを取るのと、寝巻きは1階に置いてあったので注意してください！

以前にも同様のタイプの部屋（別の階）に宿泊した際は特に問題なかったのですが、今回のお部屋ではいくつか気になる点がありました。 浴室がやや狭く感じました シャワー使用時、ナットの緩みのためか水が勢いよく漏れていました ウォーターサーバーのお湯が出ませんでした ベッド上のバーライトが消灯状態でも点滅していました トイレの換気扇の音が非常に大きく、気になりました 洗面所天井の壁紙剥がれが比較的大きく、目につきました いずれも大規模な改修を必要とするものではないように感じます。 立地や雰囲気は気に入っており、ぜひまた宿泊したいと思っていますので、今後のテコ入れ・改善をご検討いただけると嬉しいです。

事前に電話で確認し、備考欄に希望事項を入れておいたにも関わらず、その情報が伝わっていなくてフロントスタッフにご迷惑をおかけしました。部屋の変更や備品の追加など現場対応は素晴らしく、快適に滞在できました。 運よく満室ではなかったので部屋変更を始めとする処理が可能だったのですが、満室だったら大変だったと思います。 備考欄以外でどうすれば追加事項が伝わるのか、予約する側の我々だけでなく、施設側でも対応を考えていただければ幸いです。
