A great stay at an elegant hotel. The room was large and well kept, the breakfast was memorable. But the staff was the highlight- super attentive and kind. It’s a big place but felt personal. I hope to return one day!

Very good hotel with good location and breakfast. Shame that access to the Onsen and better gym required a fee (we didn’t pay for just a morning).

Big building, lobby located at 6/F. Rooms are clean and relatively big. Near by subway exit but not that much choice of restaurant at the area. Staff service were excellent and polite. Will revisit for sure.

Wonderful stay at the Nagoya Kanko Hotel. Beautifully appointed lobby, restaurant, bar, and room. Breakfast buffet was terrific and offered delicious food for all tastes. Most importantly when my daughter experienced a medical emergency, the staff was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to be helpful -- they ended up setting up an immediate appointment at an appropriate clinic (she had already been to another clinic in the city that had not been helpful) where they identified the problem (a severe infection) and immediately addressed the issue with professionalism and kindness. We are so grateful to the staff who helped us to find this wonderful clinic (Yamada City Clinic). Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
